The Formula 1 spectacle has descended upon the narrow streets of Monte Carlo for the prestigious Monaco Grand Prix. From Lewis Hamilton on a motorcycle to Nico Hülkenberg on a scooter, here’s a photo series from the media day in Monaco.

With a focused gaze, Carlos Sainz cuts through the crowd, comfortably perched on his beloved racing bike.

Almost unrecognizable, but believe it or not: this is Lewis Hamilton on a motorcycle saddle.

Even for a four-time world champion, putting on a helmet can sometimes be a struggle.

Captain Kimi Antonelli docks in the pearl of the Côte d’Azur.

Fernando Alonso with ‘Vrooom’, the mascot of Monaco.

Like Kimi Antonelli, Yuki Tsunoda arrives by boat, although the Japanese driver prefers to leave the sailing to someone else.
