The F1 season is closing in fast! The countdown to the season-opening weekend in Melbourne is on. Before the fight for the World Championship actually kicks off, Max Verstappen and the rest of the field will spend two weeks testing at the Bahrain International Circuit. After the closed shakedown in Barcelona, these tests are open to the public.
The first three-day test in Bahrain takes place between 11 and 13 February. It’s customary that all drivers get one-and-a-half days of running; the teams themselves decide how to split the sessions. Fans of Max Verstappen won’t have to wait long — the Dutchman will take the whole Wednesday behind the wheel.
