The new F1 season is charging closer! The countdown is on to the opening weekend in Melbourne. But before the fight for the world championship really kicks off, Max Verstappen and co. will spend two weeks testing at the Bahrain International Circuit. After the private shakedown in Barcelona, these tests are open to the public.
The first three-day winter test in Bahrain takes place between 11 and 13 February. It’s customary for every driver to get one and a half test days on track. The teams themselves decide how they split the running. Fans of Max Verstappen didn’t have to wait long; the Dutchman was already out on Wednesday. A day later it’s the turn of his brand-new team-mate Isack Hadjar.
