After a challenging first half of the season, Red Bull appears to have found its way back to form since the Dutch Grand Prix. Max Verstappen sees clear progress and was satisfied with the car after qualifying in Singapore. The RB21 feels like its old self again, largely thanks to a stable base setup that the team can now build upon.

During the press conference in Singapore, Max Verstappen responded positively to the question of whether Red Bull has regained its momentum: “Absolutely. The last three weekends – Monza, Baku, and Singapore – were really good. Before the Grand Prix in Monza, we were constantly changing the car’s setup from left to right because it just wasn’t working. Sometimes it was okay, but now it finally feels solid.”

According to Verstappen, the difference is clear: instead of continually searching for solutions, the team is now refining. “We’re finally fine-tuning instead of making radical adjustments. And that’s exactly what you want. Of course, some circuits will suit us better than others, but the base is now much more consistent. That gives confidence.” With a good feeling in the RB21, Verstappen seems ready to tackle the remaining races of the season head-on. What seemed like a difficult year is turning into a promising end.
