Yuki Tsunoda, who dropped out in the first round of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, faces another challenge to score points in Miami. The Red Bull driver already fell short in the sprint qualifying (SQ1).

The Japanese driver set one time in SQ1 and could not start his second run: like many others, he only crossed the finish line after the checkered flag had already been waved. A disappointment for the Japanese, who will start the sprint race from P18.
