On Thursday, Rocco Coronel, along with all his partners, sponsors, and shareholders, made a whirlwind visit to the Red Bull headquarters in Milton Keynes. The idea was to give all those who enthusiastically support Rocco Coronel’s motorsport career a behind-the-scenes look at the team of four-time F1 world champion Max Verstappen. Naturally, his parents Tom Coronel and Paulien Zwart were also present.
Since September last year, Rocco Coronel has been part of the prestigious Red Bull talent program and is making waves this year in the British Ginetta Junior Championship. A five-year agreement is set to gradually guide the talent from Eemnes towards Formula 1. Tom Coronel drafted a solid business plan, with room for sponsors, partners, and even shareholders.
Next year, Rocco Coronel will be racing in Formula 4. “Every year, we want to move up a step,” said Coronel.
