Lando Norris is on the brink of the most pivotal season finale of his career. As he heads into the final triple header of the season, the British driver leads the championship and is on course for his first Formula 1 title. The situation is favorable, but at the same time, Norris must still hold his own in the last three races in Las Vegas, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi. To cope with the physical and mental pressure, he relies on his personal team.
The final triptych of 2025 poses a unique challenge for the drivers. The night race in Las Vegas is quickly followed by the sprint weekend in Qatar and the season finale in Abu Dhabi. The hustle and bustle, the long relocations, and the time differences undoubtedly take their toll; exhaustion is constantly lurking. World Championship leader Lando Norris gave a glimpse into how he prepares for this intensive final sprint during the race weekend in São Paulo.
“I just have a team of people who tell me what to do,” he told the media in Brazil. “It’s as simple as that. I have excellent trainers and a great group of people around me. They know me in a certain sense better than I know myself. They know how many days off I need, when I should work more or less, and when I should sleep more or less. They actually know everything.” According to Norris, these people will play a crucial role during the last triple header. “So yes, they are probably the key,” he concluded.
