The Italian Grand Prix kicked off on Sunday with nineteen instead of twenty drivers. Nico Hülkenberg was forced to miss the start.
There seemed to be no issues for the Sauber driver leading up to the race in Monza. However, during the warm-up lap, things went completely wrong for Hülkenberg. The German’s car was experiencing problems, forcing him to pit, which meant the end of the race before it had even begun. This is the first time he has had to retire in the Sauber.
