Ferrari is enjoying a financial windfall. The Italian sports car manufacturer closed 2024 with impressive figures and is rewarding its employees with a substantial bonus. The rising revenue and profit figures mean that every employee in Italy will receive a bonus of 14,400 euros in their bank account.

Bonuses for the Employees

Ferrari has once again raised the bar in 2024. Revenue increased by 11.8 percent compared to the previous year, reaching 6.67 billion euros. Net profit made an even bigger leap, growing by a whopping 21 percent to 1.5 billion euros. CEO Benedetto Vigna proudly shared the news with the press, emphasizing that the company has exceeded its own expectations. As a result, Ferrari is distributing a total of around 70 million euros in bonuses to its employees.

Increased Deliveries and Ambitious Plans

Ferrari’s success is not only reflected in impressive figures, but also in a growing demand for their exclusive models. In 2024, 13,572 cars were delivered, 89 more than the previous year. However, Ferrari is not resting on its laurels and has big plans for the future. In 2025, the brand will launch as many as six new models, including the first fully electric Ferrari.

According to Vigna, there is no reason to believe that this growth will stop. “We also expect strong growth in 2025, which means we will achieve our profit targets for 2026 a year earlier,” he said. He emphasized that Ferrari is not aiming for mass production, but rather for quality and exclusivity. “We focus on the value of our products rather than on volume. That is the key to our extraordinary financial success in 2024,” said the Ferrari CEO.
