The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix marks the spectacular conclusion of the Formula 1 season. From Friday, December 5 to Sunday, December 7, the premier class descends on the iconic Yas Marina Circuit, ready for three days of thrilling practice sessions, qualification, and the ultimate finale: the race under artificial lights. With exactly 58 laps around the 5.281 km long circuit, the season’s champion will be definitively crowned.
The Abu Dhabi GP is traditionally the final race of the F1 season, and 2025 is no exception. The event takes place on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, and covers 58 laps on the 5.281 km long Yas Marina Circuit, accounting for a total distance of 306.183 km. The Yas Marina Circuit has been in existence since 2009 and has hosted the exciting season finale every year since. As the evening falls, the venue takes on its unique atmosphere: the race starts at sunset and ends under artificial lights.
