The Formula 1 is set to head to the Middle East in early November for the Qatar Grand Prix, where the sprint format will be implemented once again. A compact weekend program awaits at the Lusail International Circuit, with track action scheduled for each day. This is the penultimate race of this Formula 1 season. Below is the complete schedule for the 2025 Qatar GP, including times in the Netherlands.
The 2025 Qatar Grand Prix will be run as a sprint weekend, which means the format deviates from a traditional race weekend. Instead of three free practice sessions and one qualifying session, teams and drivers will only have one free practice session on Friday. This will be followed by the sprint qualifying later that day. On Saturday, the sprint race will be run first, followed by the regular qualifying session that sets the grid for the main race on Sunday.
