The Japanese Grand Prix weekend has yet to begin, but Max Verstappen and his Red Bull colleagues have already been spotted in Tokyo. The four-time world champion, newly minted teammate Yuki Tsunoda, and Racing Bulls drivers Liam Lawson and Isack Hadjar all participated in the Red Bull Showrun x Powered by Honda on the streets of the Japanese capital.

The demonstration took place on Wednesday, and racing fans could watch as the RB16B, the RB7, and the iconic Honda RA272 took to the streets of Tokyo. The last time Red Bull organized a ‘showrun’ in the Japanese capital was in 2019. The demonstration was partly in honor of the collaboration with Japanese engine manufacturer Honda, which ends this year.

Yuki Tsunoda delighted his fans with donuts in the RB7. These are the Japanese driver’s first kilometers as a Red Bull racer.

Max Verstappen was also present in Tokyo.

Tsunoda and Liam Lawson waved to the many fans present during the Red Bull Showrun. The Japanese driver is the new teammate of the four-time world champion after the driver swap with Liam Lawson.

The same Liam Lawson was also present at the event. The New Zealander is back driving in the colors of Racing Bulls.

Lawson’s teammate, Isack Hajar, was also present. The French-Algerian driver also drove in the RB7.

During the Showrun, a moment was also taken to commemorate the sixtieth anniversary of Honda’s first Grand Prix victory. Tsunoda posed with the iconic Honda RA272, which also served as the inspiration for Red Bull’s white livery for the upcoming weekend.

During the event in Tokyo, there was also time for a game of football for local hero Tsunoda.

All four drivers from Red Bull and Racing Bulls posed during the Red Bull Showrun event, with Sergio Perez appearing for the first time in Red Bull’s dark blue racing suit.
