Following the opening ceremony of the F1 season, Charles Leclerc debuted the 2025 Ferrari at Fiorano in Italy this Wednesday morning. Lewis Hamilton, who joined from Mercedes this winter, will take over later in the day.
After the livery, the real car. The day after the opening ceremony of the Formula 1 season in London, which showcased the colors of the 2025 single-seaters, the actual Ferrari hit the track this Wednesday morning at the Italian Fiorano circuit, close to the Maranello workshops where it was designed. The SF-25 emerged from the garage under the control of Charles Leclerc, who greeted the tifosi present for the occasion.
The Monegasque driver will hand over to Lewis Hamilton later in the day. The seven-time world champion, who joined from Mercedes this winter, is of course participating in this limited 200 km shakedown, before rejoining the Ferrari for more extensive running in Bahrain, from February 26 to 28, during pre-season testing. The first Grand Prix of the year will take place on March 16 in Melbourne, Australia.
The behind-the-scenes of Hamilton’s iconic photo has been omitted.
